For various reasons, I haven't been as diligent this year in updating information about the Scarborough Spartan basketball team and their performance under new head coach, Julius Jackson. As 2017 approaches, here is what I know about the season so far.

Missing two games, I have the Spartans with a 3-7 record. They are 0-1 in their lone district game* to this point.
NEXT WEEK: The Spartans are slated to play in the Barbers Hill Gulf Coast Classic, December 27-29. As best I can tell, they will play Houston Furr, Aldine Davis, Dayton, Cy-Ranch and two other schools during this tournament.

What about Delmar Fieldhouse?
UPDATE on January 6, 2017:
I am not sure what is up with Delmar Fieldhouse, but the HISD website indicates that all the games that were scheduled to be played there this season have been moved to other venues. Apparently, the open of the facility is being delayed. If this is an accurate assumption, the following information is obsolete.
The Spartans continue district play once 2017 arrives. Five district games are scheduled to be played at the new and improved Delmar Fieldhouse- assuming that facility is ready for use. The Delmar dates?
