The Scarborough Spartans went 2-0 in their final week before district play tips off in earnest. They knocked off Aldine on Tuesday and Milby on Saturday. They head into week #8 with a 16-4 record.

NOTE: According to Scarborough coach Martin Wall, the Spartans JV team will be playing in the is exhibition game. The varsity team is devoting the week to practicing and preparing for the opening of district play.
Saturday, January 10 vs. Wheatley, 4:00, The Pavilion #District Game
